Positioned it for lucrative sale to Polygena Group.

  • Spearheaded business transformation and internal culture change from a cost-centre to a profit centre that actively pursued new business opportunities across a broad geographical region.
  • Developed and implemented a formal strategy and operational objectives for the business unit.
  • Promoted from Operations Manager – Rollers Unit after 6 months.
